Returns & Exchange Policy – Plandigi
Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for correctly delivered and undamaged items.
You must notify us for a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product.
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible, you must email us at care@plandigi.com or use the Contact Us page within 5 days of delivery and share the following:
- Photos and videos clearly showing the issue
- An opening/unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and contents intact. If the product tag is removed or missing, we may refuse the return.
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
For size-related exchanges, please email care@plandigi.com for approval. Kindly check the size chart carefully before placing your order. Size exchanges will incur an additional cost of Rs.150 per product.
If the packaging is visibly tampered with or damaged, customers are expected to reject the delivery at the time of receipt. If accepted, you must share images/videos of the sealed package before and after opening within 24–48 hours of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at care@plandigi.com with your subject line as “OrderNumber_Returns” or use the Contact Us page within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Describe the issue clearly and specify whether you prefer a return or exchange. Attach clear images/videos of the item and packaging.
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
- Once approved, securely repack the product to prevent damage during transit and write your order number on the package.
- Please record a short packing video showing all items, original packaging, and any freebies are included. This helps ensure safe and complete return verification.
Refund Method: Store credit (Plandigi Coins) for Partial COD orders and original payment method for prepaid orders.
If the order is refused at delivery, returned-to-origin (RTO), cancelled after dispatch, or fails due to customer-related reasons, the advance 10% payment in Partial COD will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
3. Return Shipping Details
We offer reverse pickup services for most pincodes. If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, you will need to self-ship the product.
All return details, including the shipping address, will be shared via email. Please retain the courier receipt until your return is confirmed.
4. Refund and Replacement Timelines
- Replacements: Dispatched within 1–3 working days after inspection and approval
- Refunds: Initiated within 1–3 working days after inspection and approval
Please note that once the refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing timelines:
- Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: 3–12 working days
- E-wallets: Usually within 24 hours
This delay is governed by bank policies and is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
